This Refund Policy describes the terms of the Dispute Lion 110% Performance Guarantee, the eligibility requirements, and how reimbursement requests are evaluated. By maintaining an active Lion Navigator subscription and using Dispute Lion, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Our platform helps simplify the credit review process by allowing users to access their credit data, identify potential reporting concerns, generate dispute documents, and follow an organized workflow.

Because every credit profile is unique and credit reporting decisions are controlled by third parties, results can vary from person to person. However, we believe users who consistently use the system should have confidence in the process. That is why eligible members are protected by the Dispute Lion 110% Performance Guarantee.

2.Understanding Your Subscription

Your monthly subscription provides access to Lion Navigator credit monitoring services, which supplies the credit information needed for the Dispute Lion platform experience. With an active Lion Navigator subscription, users receive access to Dispute Lion’s software tools at no additional platform cost.

Separate optional purchases may include:

  • Dispute letter mailing services
  • Credit Coach credits
  • Additional usage-based tools or premium features

These optional purchases are consumed when used and are separate from subscription payments.

3.110% Performance Guarantee Eligibility

To qualify for the guarantee, members must complete the full participation requirements described below.

3.1 Complete 12 Months Of Active Membership

The user must maintain an active Lion Navigator subscription for twelve (12) consecutive months without cancellation, payment interruption, or account chargebacks.

3.2 Use The Platform Consistently

The guarantee is designed for users who actively participate in the process. Users must regularly:

  • Review their credit information
  • Follow the Dispute Lion workflow
  • Generate dispute documents when applicable
  • Take action on eligible reporting concerns

Inactive accounts do not qualify.

3.3 Allow The Credit Process Time To Work

Credit reporting updates depend on outside organizations, including credit bureaus, creditors, lenders, and data providers. Users must complete the required participation period before submitting a guarantee request.

3.4 Maintain Positive Credit Habits

The guarantee applies to users actively working toward credit improvement. New negative activity during the participation period may affect eligibility, including:

  • New missed payments
  • New collection accounts
  • New charge-offs
  • Additional negative reporting caused by user activity

4.What Counts As A Credit Profile Change?

Credit progress is not measured only by a credit score. Examples of measurable changes include:

  • Removal of information
  • Updated account details
  • Corrections to reported information
  • Account status changes
  • Balance updates
  • Reporting adjustments
  • Score changes
  • Any documented credit profile update reflected through Lion Navigator

5.Requesting A Guarantee Review

After completing the required twelve (12) month participation period, eligible users may request a review. Requests must be submitted within 30 days after completing the eligibility period.

Dispute Lion may review:

  • Subscription history
  • Platform activity
  • Dispute workflow usage
  • Lion Navigator credit data

6.Approved Guarantee Payments

Approved claims qualify for reimbursement equal to 110% of eligible Lion Navigator subscription payments made during the qualifying period.

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Mailing fees
  • Credit Coach credit purchases
  • Completed digital purchases
  • Usage-based features
  • Third-party charges
  • Optional add-ons

7.Important Credit Disclaimer

Dispute Lion provides technology, organization tools, educational resources, and document generation features. Dispute Lion does not control or guarantee decisions made by:

  • Credit bureaus
  • Creditors
  • Collection agencies
  • Lenders
  • Scoring companies

No specific score increase, deletion, approval, or financial outcome can be promised.

8.Account And Payment Requirements

Accounts with disputed payments, chargebacks, fraudulent activity, or violations of platform terms may lose eligibility for the guarantee.

9.Verification

Dispute Lion may request information needed to confirm account ownership and eligibility before approving any guarantee claim.

10.Updates To This Policy

Dispute Lion may update this policy as products, services, technology, or legal requirements change. The most current version will always replace previous versions unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11.Agreement

By maintaining a Lion Navigator subscription and using Dispute Lion, you acknowledge and agree to the requirements listed in this Refund Policy and Performance Guarantee.
